Financial Policy

For your convenience, our dental practice offers a variety of payment options to accommodate your needs. We understand that different individuals prefer different methods of payment, and thus, we gladly accept cash, personal checks, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. 

To ensure smooth transactions and efficient service delivery, we kindly request full payment at the time of service. However, if Dr. Fang or Dr. Shon is a participating provider in your insurance plan, we will be pleased to accept an estimated co-pay for your visit while keeping your credit card information on file for any adjustments required after the final adjudication of your insurance claim.

It is important to note that our practice does not engage in balance billing or offer payment plans. Hence, any necessary adjustments will be automatically charged or credited to your credit card once we receive the conclusive Explanation of Benefits from your dental insurance carrier(s).
